NOT recommended for iPad

Please do your research on this product before purchasing. Targus' own website (product APM04US) does NOT authorize this product for charging Apple iPads.
Apple iPads require 10W for successful charging. Nowhere on this page or Targus' official product page does it specify that this item outputs the required 10W (5V x 2.1Amps).
By forcing this unit to draw more current than it is designed for, you may end up damaging the item, your device, wiring, or worse.
I will no longer be using NothingButSoftware when inaccuracies like this are advertised.

If you never want a fully charged Nook, use this product

The theory of this charger is great, it's a charger that works in the house and in the car. However, the usb slips out and the charge is ridiculously slow.. After 12 hours charging time, my Nook is at 58%. I will never buy this product again. I suggest you spend the money on ACTUAL brand sensitive merchandise that has the right shape usb for your device. Good luck.
