Purchase Orders Department

The following conditions are to be met prior to submitting a Purchase Order: 1. We only accept Purchase Orders, (P.O) from United States government agencies. We will accept a P.O. from schools, libraries, the military, hospitals, or any agencies solely funded by the United States government. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any Purchase Order for any reason. 2. The Purchase Order must be accompanied by the online purchase order form, filled out completely and signed by the authorized purchasing agent. We do not accept Purchase Requisitions. (Unsigned or incomplete purchase orders will not be processed) [The form requires Acrobat Reader]. 3. The Purchase Order must meet the minimum purchase requirement of $100.00. 4. The Purchase Order must state payment terms of NET 30. Any payment received after the 30 day period is considered late and in violation of the purchase order contract. 5. The Purchase Order must clearly state the shipping and billing addresses. 6. For product orders, the Purchase Order must include cost of shipping (see standard shipping costs) - all other shipping methods are subject to pricing based on weight. 7. The Purchase Order must reflect our current pricing. 8. In the event we are unable to fulfill the entire order due to the unavailability of a particular product on your purchase order, we will notify the contact person and await approval to ship the available products. 9. Your school or company's account must be in good standing (no balances over 30 days). 10. All merchandise remains the property of SpaceBound, Inc. until payment is received. 11. Accounting must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise if any part of your shipment will result in payment being late.
